We ship LED signs worldwide. Any LED design listed in our online store can be ordered and shipped anywhere.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please make sure you include a physical delivery address when checking out.

Customs fees, import fees, duties, and taxes. 

Each country has their own rules and fees for products imported into said country. It is important that you are aware of your own countries import laws and fees before you buy. Afterglow Art does not charge you any of these fees or taxes, and we're not able to pay these on your behalf. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping fees we charge you. Our shipping fees only cover transport of the product. If you're unsure about your government's import fees you can most likely find that information online on your government's website or many other websites that cover global shipping and logistics.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Afterglow Art, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. 

Return Procedure

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us at customerservice@afterglow.art within 14 days upon receipt of your purchase (*Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery if the purchased item arrive to you in a damaged state), with the subject line “return request, your name, order number”.  In your email, please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return, attaching a short video of item or photos. Please note that we require a video or photo(s) for quality purpose. Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, Afterglow Art will provide you with an online return authorization number via email. Please include the authorization number with the package you are returning.

 

The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to Afterglow Art within 7 days from the date your return authorization number was issued. If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen day time frame, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Refunds( If applicable) 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with 3 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.  

* Please note, original shipping cost is nonrefundable, and you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.

Sale Item

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return and refund. 

Custom Item

* All custom neon sales are FINAL. If you have any questions or concerns with a product on our site, please send us an email at customerservice@afterglow.art before committing to purchase.

 

Replacement

If you item arrive in damaged state, please contact customerservice@afterglow.art within 24 hours upon receipt of your purchase with the subject line “replacement request, your name, order number”. In your email, please specify the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return, attaching a short video of item or photos showing the damages.  We will set up a claim in front of the carrier. In parallel, we will remake and deliver your LED neon.

 

AFTERGLOW ART WARRANTY

Afterglow Indoor LED Neon Sign include a 12 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Afterglow Art and the purchaser. 

Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs

Afterglow Art bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, Afterglow Art takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 12 month warranty (indoor signs only).

 

How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?

For Pre-designed LED Neon Sign:   These items go into production the day after your order is placed and they normally take 7-14 days to be made before they ship. Once they ship it's normally 4 – 14 business days until the item reaches you. 

For Custom Made LED Neon Sign:  Custom made items generally take around 10-14 days to produce and around 7~14 business days for shipping. 

Because these items are made when ordered we can make them with the proper power supply for your country or region of the world. 

For Wall Art : Wall art pieces are in stock items. We dispatch your order within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. 

 

Disclaimer

Neon are sculpted by hand, there is no molding or machine to bend the tube. For this reason, we can't guarantee that each neon will be 100% same as the pictures presented in our website. By purchasing this neon you accept that the design may vary from the pictures.

Due to the hand rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Some variations in color can also occur as a result of the computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence
